Research-use restriction
All materials displayed by Origen Scientific are intended solely for lawful laboratory research. They are not for human or veterinary use and are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or household products.
Customer eligibility
Commercial ordering will be limited to qualified organizations and individuals able to demonstrate a legitimate research purpose. Origen may request institutional details or project context before accepting an order.
Orders & payment
The current site is a proof of concept. Prices are illustrative, inventory is not committed, and no online payment is collected. Requests are non-binding until eligibility, availability, pricing, and payment terms are confirmed.
Shipping & handling
Final shipping methods will be selected around material stability, destination, weather, and carrier availability. Handling instructions and lot identification should accompany every fulfilled research order.
Returns & discrepancies
Temperature-sensitive research materials may not be eligible for return. Damaged, incorrect, or materially nonconforming shipments should be reported promptly with the lot number and supporting photos.
Privacy
This prototype does not create customer accounts or store order forms on a server. Cart data stays in the browser. The email request flow opens the visitor’s own email client.
